Thanksgiving Turkey

I bought seasoning package from whole foods, and followed exactly the following procedure.

The turkey is 10 lbs, the smallest I could find in store. It took 5 hours to brine and 3 hours to bake. Here is what I got, tasted better than I thought, but not as juicy as in the video...
